Terms & Conditions — okbt Platform Rules and Player Agreement

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "User", "you") and okbt ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing all use of the okbt website located at https://okbt.club and all associated services, including but not limited to online casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, promotional programs, and customer support communications.

By accessing the okbt platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any promotion, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

okbt reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time and without prior notice. The most current version of these Terms will always be available on this page. Continued use of the platform following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with okbt's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form an integral part of the overall agreement between you and the platform. Where any of those documents conflicts with a provision of these Terms, these Terms shall take precedence unless otherwise stated.

Access to and use of the okbt platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the entire duration of their account relationship with okbt:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. okbt operates a strict 18+ policy with no exceptions. Players who are found to be under 18 years of age at any point will have their accounts permanently closed and all associated funds forfeited.
• Legal capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction of residence.
• Single account: You may hold only one registered account on the okbt platform. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of balances.
• Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion order, voluntary or otherwise, on the okbt platform or any affiliated platform.
• Not an okbt employee: Employees, contractors, consultants, agents, and immediate family members of okbt personnel are not permitted to hold player accounts or participate in promotions.

okbt does not intentionally target individuals in jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the okbt platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. We make no representation that the services offered on this platform are legal in any specific location outside Bangladesh. If you access the platform from a restricted jurisdiction, you do so at your own risk and you acknowledge that okbt bears no liability for any consequences arising from such access.

To access the full range of okbt services, including making deposits, placing bets, and requesting withdrawals, you must create a registered account on the platform. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid email address. You must update your account information promptly if any of these details change.

okbt reserves the right to carry out identity verification (commonly referred to as "KYC" — Know Your Customer) at any stage of your account relationship with the platform, including at the time of registration, before processing a withdrawal request, or at any other time we deem appropriate. Verification may require you to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo identification (national identity card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of bKash or Nagad account registered in your name)
• Source of funds documentation for large transactions

Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe — or submission of documents that are found to be fraudulent, altered, or otherwise inauthentic — will result in suspension of your account and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending further investigation. okbt takes document fraud extremely seriously and reserves the right to report such incidents to the relevant authorities.

okbt operates a strict one-account-per-player policy. Any attempt to open or operate multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, devices, IP addresses, or payment methods — is a violation of these Terms. Where multiple accounts are identified, all accounts except the first registered account will be closed, and any balances held in secondary accounts will be forfeited. Bonuses claimed across multiple accounts will be cancelled in their entirety.

okbt supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT): bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and Visa/Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time. The current list of supported methods will always be visible in your account cashier.

The minimum deposit amount on okbt is ৳500. Minimum withdrawal amounts and any applicable processing fees are displayed in the cashier at the time of your withdrawal request. All transactions are processed in BDT. okbt does not charge an internal fee for standard deposits or withdrawals, although your payment provider may apply its own charges — these are outside okbt's control.

• Deposit processing: Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your okbt account within minutes of a successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on your bank's processing schedule.
• Withdrawal processing: Verified withdrawal requests are processed by the okbt payments team within an average of 15 minutes during operational hours. Processing times may be longer for large withdrawal amounts requiring additional verification.
• Withdrawal to original payment method: okbt follows the principle that withdrawals must be returned to the same payment method used for the deposit where technically possible. This is a standard anti-money-laundering control and is not negotiable.
• Currency: All balances, bets, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The ৳ symbol is used throughout the platform to denote BDT amounts.

Deposits made to your okbt account must be used for wagering purposes within a reasonable period. okbt reserves the right to refuse a withdrawal request where it has reason to believe that the deposited funds have not been genuinely wagered on platform games or betting markets, and that the deposit was made solely for the purpose of moving money through the platform (commonly known as "chip dumping" or "money cycling").

okbt offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, weekly cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to occasions such as Pohela Boishakh, Eid, and Victory Day. The specific terms applicable to each individual promotion — including the bonus amount, eligible games, wagering requirements, validity period, and maximum withdrawal limits — are published on the relevant promotion page at the time of the offer.

The following general bonus rules apply to all okbt promotions unless a specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion page. Failure to meet the wagering requirement within the stated validity period will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.
• One bonus at a time: Players may only hold one active bonus at a time. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses simultaneously is not permitted.
• Bonus eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible players only. okbt reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion, and to exclude any player from a promotion without being required to provide a reason.
• No cash equivalent: Bonus funds have no cash equivalent and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged outside of the platform.
• Maximum bet during bonus play: While a bonus is active on your account, maximum bet limits may apply. Placing bets that exceed the stated maximum during bonus play may result in the bonus being voided.
• okbt's right to amend or withdraw: okbt reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time, including where there is evidence of abuse, collusion, or exploitation of promotional terms.

All casino games available on the okbt platform — including slots, live dealer games, table games, and specialty games such as Keno Bonus Number and Dragon Master — are operated by certified third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and Spribe. The rules for each individual game are governed by that game's own rules documentation, which is accessible from within the game interface. okbt is not responsible for errors or malfunctions in third-party game software.

For sports betting, the following rules apply:

• Market settlement: Sports betting markets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). Where no official result is available, okbt's trading team will settle markets based on the best available information at the time of settlement.
• Abandoned events: If a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled before the completion of the minimum required play (as defined for each sport), all affected bets will be voided and stakes returned to player accounts.
• Void bets: okbt reserves the right to void any bet where it believes the bet was placed on the basis of information not yet publicly available (e.g., inside information), or where there is clear evidence of price error, system malfunction, or other irregularity.
• Obvious errors in odds: In the event that an obviously incorrect price is displayed due to a technical error, okbt reserves the right to void bets placed at that incorrect price, even after the event has settled, and to refund the stake to the player's account.
• Maximum payout limits: Maximum payout limits apply to sports betting markets and are displayed in the betting interface. okbt will not be liable to pay any amount in excess of the stated maximum payout per event per player, regardless of the theoretical value of the bet.

By using the okbt platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes and in compliance with these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, and forfeiture of all balances in cases of confirmed violation:

• Providing false information: Submitting inaccurate, misleading, or fraudulent personal information, identity documents, or payment details during registration, verification, or any other interaction with the platform.
• Underage gambling: Attempting to register or use the platform while under the age of 18.
• Multiple accounts: Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one registered account on the platform.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting bonus offers, wagering requirements, or promotional mechanics in a way that is not consistent with normal recreational play, including through coordinated play with other accounts.
• Collusion and cheating: Colluding with other players or with platform staff in any way that gives an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Use of automated tools: Using bots, scripts, automated betting software, or any other non-human tool to interact with the platform, including for the purpose of placing bets or making wagering decisions.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your payment provider in bad faith — i.e., where the deposit was in fact received and used on the platform and the chargeback is being used as a method to extract funds.
• Harmful conduct toward other players or staff: Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or otherwise harmful communication directed at other players or okbt staff through any platform channel.

okbt monitors platform activity to detect and prevent prohibited conduct. Players found to have engaged in any of the above behaviours will not be entitled to any winnings generated during the period of prohibited conduct, regardless of the nature of the violation.

Either party — you or okbt — may close a player account at any time. The process and consequences differ depending on who initiates the closure and the reason for it.

Player-initiated closure: You may request account closure at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon receiving your closure request, okbt will process any eligible pending withdrawal of your remaining real-money balance before closing the account. Bonus balances that have not met the applicable wagering requirement at the time of closure will be forfeited. Account closure requests made for responsible gaming reasons (self-exclusion) are processed immediately and given the highest priority — okbt will not attempt to retain a player who cites problem gambling as the reason for their closure request.

okbt-initiated suspension or closure: okbt reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Confirmed breach of any provision of these Terms
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity
• Failure to complete identity verification within a required timeframe
• Discovery that the player is under 18 years of age
• Discovery that the player is subject to a self-exclusion order
• Inactivity for an extended period (defined in the platform's dormant account policy)

Where an account is closed by okbt due to confirmed Terms violation, any remaining balance in the account — including both real-money and bonus funds — may be forfeited in full. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to player misconduct (e.g., okbt's decision to exit a particular market), any remaining verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their last-used payment method. Limitation of liability: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, okbt's total liability to you in connection with your use of the platform — whether arising from contract, tort, or any other legal theory — shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by you to the platform in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. okbt is not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages of any kind.
